The Zango Women Livelihood and Empowerment Programme (ZANGWOLEAP), a not-for-profit initiative, under the auspices of Kuburah Diamonds Foundation has been launched on Thursday, October 8th, 2020. The programme which was hinged on the theme “Empowering the Zango Women into Building Financial Freedom through Skills Development and Capacity Building” took place at the Nima-Mamobi Community library in Accra. Speaking at the event, Adizah Ibrahim Sadiq, also known as Kuburah Diamonds, said “ZANGWOLEAP came about because I wanted to go beyond writing, go beyond supporting with money to getting young girls empowered through Make-up artistry.  Although the market is saturated,  it depends on how you do it.  Just like the tomato sellers in the market, every one makes ends meet.
