Maintaining A Vagina Hygiene Using Traditional Herbs, Vagina Exercise & Just Water.


We have been blessed with several natural herbs that are not only limited to cooking meals. I mean right from our head, through to our bodies straight into our private areas these herbs play a major role and help regulate and stimulate our wellbeing.


Keeping and maintaining a “delicious” body can be achieved if the body is fed with the right natural herbs. Except for pregnant women, nursing mothers or persons with health implications, these herbs are not harmful. 

They are organic.


Good news is, they are not even expensive or difficult to get from our local markets, all you need is to ask about it. They are God’s given gifts since time in memorial, our ancestors, grandparents and parents used them and till date some still use them without any consequences in keeping their sexual hygiene. 


Traditional herbs have been of enormous health benefits to mankind. From eating, drinking, bathing and smearing them on our bodies. 


As we are hopeful to see it manufactured and attractively packaged, sad to say that’s not the case because it is  losing its prominence to the foreign ones. 

Now let’s look at a few traditional herbs that can help us maintain our sexual hygiene.


1. As a woman, first thing to adapt on sexual hygiene is the water therapy. Simply make sure your fingers and palms are free of bacteria. Use clean water to wash in and out of the vagina throughly. 


2. I believe that whatever we eat helps our bodies to function well. And since vagina is a very important body part we have to be also conscious about what we feed our bodies if we want to maintain our vagina hygiene hence the need for Healthy diet. 


3. The vagina can be tightened through nutritional intervention. This helps to strengthen our pelvic floors. Meals that are natural in estrogen like carrots, apples, soy beans and sesame seeds are good in achieving this. Make it a habit to be eating pineapples, water melon and cranberry to have your vagina smelling nice. You can also squeeze lime juice and mix it with warm water to wash the labia and clitoris daily or simply cut an opening on the lime and rub it on your vagina area before you bath.


4. You can put a considerate amount of cloves, Negro pepper, ginger and garlic into measurable water and store for 2 to 3 days.  The color of the water will change to darkish brown indicating that the nutrients in the local herbs above has been diluted into the water. Drink the diluted water as much as you can every morning, after lunch and before bed time or even in between time or store. 

Similarly, Cloves and Negro pepper can be stored in a considerate amount of water for 2 days and the diluted water can be used as a feminine wash. Pour a considerate amount in clean hands and wash your vagina thoroughly, on the surface and the valve. These helps tighten the vagina, fights infection, helps correct irregular periods, boost libido and gives the private area that pleasant smell.


5. You can treat vagina infection and vagina odor, cut a bulb of garlic into two or four halves and use a disinfected needle to sew it on a disinfected thread. Make sure there is an excess thread so that after inserting into the vagina for a while you can bring it out by pulling the excess thread.


6. Have you heard the magic Nim tree leaves can perform? Well, just make sure you get the fresh leaves and boil in a hot water. Don’t make the water too hot because women before us have said hot water doesn’t really tighten the vagina as it’s perceived by many, it rather loosens the elasticity. So always make sure your water is lukewarm. Sit on the Nim tree lukewarm water solution once a while to treat vagina infection. You can as well add the Sea salt in achieving faster result. 


Lastly but most importantly, let’s not forget how to exercise our vagina. “Vagina exercise known as Kegel exercises can also help improve your sexual health and pleasure. You can do this before or during sex. Intentionally, try humming in your vagina. Sounds impossible right? lol but it’s works very well.  Just relax  your vaginal muscles, this allow your vagina be more open. Kegel exercises can prevent or control urinary incontinence and other pelvic floor problems.It  strengthen the pelvic floor muscles by circulating blood to the vagina, supports  the uterus, bladder, small intestine and rectum.

This is also helpful if you have pain during sexual intercourse.”
